Generic refund policy

We’re committed to caring about our customers. Please check the conditions of the refunding process.

You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. 

A customer is entitled to a refund of purchased a COVID-19 test kit within 5 days. 

For items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. 

The item must unopened and in its original condition. Contact our customer services department on info@NHMS.health to claim for a refund. 

If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.
